This report contradicts what i had heard in reports from the ABC, BBC and others.
Perhaps Beijingers, Chinese and Foreign, can let us know?
I am also at a loss why you waste time and money on this article.
There are lots of issues to write about to name a few:
The escalting border crises with India
The unstable monetry policy
The stockmarket
Housing market
The WTO decision
and so on
Articles like this one only helps the 50 centers when they say you are biased.
