What about the socio-econ impact on Singaporeans. The economist have a tradition of comprehensive analysis. Perhaps the writer should consider how the working singaporeans are being " - left behind - purchasing a property, even an HDB is out of reach for most .

The Singapore Aljunied Magic happened (election 2011 pap lost a GRC to the Workers Party)because of the property bubble among other issues -

What will happen when the black money leaves Singapore, will this island become another Dubai.

Singaporeans will appreciate your fair unbaised analysis on this

thank You

Some of my own favourite condo names here in Singapore are: "Poshgrove East", "Rafflesia" (try pronouncing that!), "D'Dalvey" (ditto), "Villa Verde" and "Rich Mansion Condominium".

Then there is "DeRoyale" - yes, please note it's all one word - which is conveniently split into two towers, one called The Duke, the other The Duchess. And this is not to be confused with the "D'Marine" condo.

Or how about "The Abode at Devonshire"- or should that be "@" not "at"?

And yes, there really is a condo here called "The Morning Glory".
